Payment information

The payment is by using credit or debit card through safe payment system where card numbers are encrypted.

Distribution

After order from ketoiceland.is customer will receive confirmation on email. Regular delivering process takes 1 to 2 working days. We send orders by Icelandic Post and shipping cost is according to Post´s tariff. We also send by Dropp, you can pick up your order same day in capital area at chosen N1 gas station or chosen Word Class or at Kringlan information point or next day in any chosen point around Iceland.

We offer free home delivery of any order on Vestmannayjar.

SMar ehf does not bare any responsibilities of delivering order to customer after order is in hands of distributors.

Product return policy

Products can be returned in 14 days from delivering with receipt included. Product has to be unopened and undamaged and in original packaging. Products on sale can not be returned.

Changes on terms and policy

SMar ehf.  reserves the right to change policy and terms on website whenever needed.

Jurisdiction

These terms and policy are in accordance with Icelandic law. Any legal issue should be handled by District Court of Reykjavik.
